1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging The Original TCB Band for live performance services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book our services.

2. Services Provided

The Original TCB Band provides live musical entertainment services including:

Live performances at events, venues, and private functionsMusical entertainment consultationRelated services as agreed upon in individual contracts

3. Booking and Contracts

Booking Process:

All bookings require a signed performance contractA deposit is required to secure your dateFinal details must be confirmed at least [X] days before the event

Contract Terms:

Each performance is governed by a separate written agreementPerformance fees, dates, times, and requirements will be specified in individual contractsCancellation policies will be outlined in each contract

4. Payment Terms

5. Performance Requirements

Client Responsibilities:

Provide adequate performance space and basic sound equipment (unless otherwise arranged)Ensure safe and legal venue conditionsProvide accurate event details and any special requirementsObtain necessary permits and licenses for the event

Our Responsibilities:

Arrive punctually and perform professionallyProvide agreed-upon musical entertainmentMaintain professional conduct and appearance

6. Cancellation and Force Majeure

Client Cancellation:

Cancellation terms will be specified in individual contractsDeposits may be non-refundable depending on timing

Force Majeure:

Neither party is liable for performance delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (weather, illness, venue issues, government restrictions, etc.)In such cases, we will work together to reschedule when possible

7. Limitation of Liability

The Original TCB Band's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesIssues with venue, equipment, or other vendorsGuest satisfaction or event outcomes beyond our performance

8. Intellectual Property

We retain rights to our musical arrangements and performance stylePhotography/recording of our performance requires prior written consentWe may use photos/videos from events for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified

9. Professional Conduct

We maintain professional standards and expect the same from clients and event attendees. We reserve the right to cease performance if faced with unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or contract violations.

10. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Original TCB Band from claims arising from the event, venue, or third-party actions, except those directly caused by our negligence.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Province]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Current terms apply to all new bookings. Individual contract terms take precedence over these general terms.

13. Severability
